What’s the difference between competition discs and training bumper plates?
Competition discs are made to IWF specification and tight weight tolerances for meets; training bumpers are built for everyday drops in the gym. Werksan’s IWF competition discs are made to +50 g / −0 g; LionFit training bumpers share the same 450 mm diameter and thicknesses.
